Make Every Opportunity Count in Greenwich (MEOC) e-learning Training
Every day, staff and volunteers across the borough are talking to local people (in their roles and personal lives) who are facing all sorts of issues and challenges.
Make every opportunity count is about knowing when, where and how to signpost residents to free, local services and support for help with issues they may be facing.

This training will help you…
- Consider important health and wellbeing issues for our local residents.
- Raise awareness of key messages, information and local services that can support local residents’ (and possibly your own) health and wellbeing.
- Explore when and how to have helpful and supportive signposting conversations with residents related to the above. In Greenwich we call this “making every opportunity count.”
