Instructions

• This training will take around 45 minutes to complete.
• A certificate can be downloaded on completion.
• We value your feedback to be able to improve the training, so please complete the online feedback form at the end of the training.

To get started click on the ‘Play’ icon in the section below:

• The training is best completed in full screen mode. Please click on the ‘Full Screen’ icon in the bottom right of the training window to view in this mode.
• You can reveal (and hide) the menu to help you navigate the training by clicking on the icon in the top left-hand corner.
• You can restart the training where you left off if you need to stop for any reason.
