All Greenwich drug and alcohol services are free and confidential.

Talk to FRANK
If you want to find out about a specific drug, you can check the details on the FRANK website. This has an A to Z list of drugs, personal stories of those who have used drugs, as well as an interactive live chat feature.
Greenwich’s Local Drug Information System (LDIS)
This form is intended for professionals in substance use treatment and recovery support, as well as those working in allied health, social care, criminal justice, and housing services who support individuals using drugs or alcohol. It is also suitable for members of the public.
What should I report?
- Unexpected reactions to drug use (e.g. intense sedation, seizures, unconsciousness)
- Suspected overdoses involving unfamiliar or particularly strong drugs
- Unusual drug packaging or appearance
- New or unknown pills, powders, or liquids/adulterated vape refills in circulation
- Repeated concerns raised by people using drugs or frontline staff
How to report an incident or concern?
If you have witnessed or been informed of a drug related incident (such as an overdose, severe reaction, or unexpected effects), you can submit a report to Greenwich’s LDIS using the online form.
