Their Health and Wellbeing at Work Summary Toolkit provides practical, evidence-based guidance on how employers can support their employees to improve the health and wellbeing of their workforce. It looks at:

  • physical activity, healthy eating and healthier weight
  • drugs alcohol and smoking
  • musculoskeletal health (joints, bones and muscles)
  • sleep and recovery
  • mental health
  • reducing the risk of suicide
  • crisis management in the event of suicide
  • domestic abuse

Good Thinking

Good Thinking has a wide range of resources for employers, HR departments and people managers looking to support their staff with mental wellbeing advice.

Their employer toolkit includes links to Good Thinking resources you can download together with advice on how to use them as part of a workplace wellbeing strategy.

Good Thinking has also recently launched a complementary suite of training videos for employers each dealing with a common mental health concern – anxiety, stress, low mood or lack of sleep – providing an introduction to the theme, signs and symptoms, and how organisations can help to support staff who may be facing mental health challenges.
