Power pump offers a full-body workout, fusing high-energy routines with challenging weights to increase strength and fitness.
Better leisure centres up and down the country are running a range of free physical activity sessions for all the family.
This is to celebrate National Fitness Day, the most active day of the year, on Wednesday, 26 September.
