Healthier Catering Commitment
The Healthier Catering Commitment is a voluntary food scheme that supports businesses to offer their customers healthier food options.
It encourages food outlets in London to make small changes to the way they source, prepare and serve their food.
How? It does this by supporting businesses to adopt simple and effective measures, such as:
- Reducing salt and fat in food
- Offering smaller portion sizes
- Serving low sugar drinks options
Food businesses receive tailored support to make small changes that will make a big difference to the health of their customers. The changes are simple enough for the smallest operators, but scalable for larger businesses.
