Why stop smoking?
Swap to Stop
We have partnered with the Department of Health and Social Care Office of Health Improvement for the ‘Swap to Stop’ scheme. If you want to stop smoking, you can be given a free 8-week vape (e-cigarette) starter kit to help you swap to stop. Fill in the form below or call 0800 068 7123 to get your free starter kit.
Vapes/e-cigarettes have proven to be very effective alongside behavioural support to help you stop smoking. Find out more on Better Health.
